Infrared Crystal Dryer For Polyester Masterbatch Drying and Crystallization

Infrared crystal dryer continuous processing

What we can do for you

Final moisture 30-50ppm,save 45% energy cost: Drying and crystallization at a time. Drying time only needs 20mins. Save about 45-50% energy cost compared with conventional dehumidifier.

Easy to clean, change material, colour: The drum with the simple mixing elements has no hidden spots and can be cleaned easily with a vacuum cleaner or compressed air. This enables the operator to have a very quick change from one material to another and alsp the masterbatch colour.

No clumping: Rotary drum design to avoid any clumping of the material and assure a very good cross mixing of the material.

Adopt Siemens PLC control: Recipes and process parameters can be stored in the controlling system to ensure opimal and reproducible results.

Infrared Crystal Dryer: The infrared rays caused molecular heat oscillation acting directly to the core of the particles from the inside-out, the moisture inside the particle are quickly heated and vaporized into the circulating ambient air to remove the humidity at the same time.

How to Work

Application

Heating: Heating granules and regrind material prior to further processing (e.g. PVC, PE, PP,…) inter alia to improve the throughput in the extrusion.

Crystallization: Crystallisation of PET (Bottleflakes, granules, flakes), PET masterbatch, CO-PET, PBT, PEEK, PLA, PPS, etc.

Drying: Drying of plastic granules, and –ground material (e.g. PET, PBT, ABS/PC, HDPE, LCP, PC, PP, PVB, WPC, TPE, TPU) as well as other free-flowing bulk materials.

Coating: Coating of adhesives (e.g. Hot melt, EVA+lime,…)

High input moisture: Drying processes with high input moisture > 1%.

Diverse: Thermal processes for the removal of rest oligomeren and volatile components.
